Terms of service

These Terms (“Terms”) are between Volkan Çetin (“WellCell”, “we”, “us”) and you—the person downloading or using the WellCell iOS app.

By using the software you acknowledge that you read and agree to the Terms.

WellCell is software that connects coaches and clients with distinct experiences per role.

Capabilities evolve by release (including previews). Availability is best-effort; maintenance outages may occur.

Provide accurate profile data. Roles, subscription eligibility and ages appear in onboarding and storefront metadata.

Safeguard credentials and devices; notify support if unauthorized access occurs.

You comply with laws, others’ rights, and these Terms. No spamming, infringing content, deceptive practices, scraping, circumventing protections, intrusive security testing without permission, mining personal data unlawfully or overloading infrastructure.

You remain responsible for what you transmit through the Service.

Software only: professional, nutrition and medical responsibility sits with licensed professionals and users as applicable.

Direct commercial arrangements between coaches and clients stay outside WellCell except where Apple IAP productizes platform access for coaches.

WellCell branding, UI and code remain ours (or licensors). Do not copy or misappropriate.

You retain rights to your uploaded content; limited licenses to operate the service are described in the Privacy Policy.

Coach subscriptions may be auto-renewing In-App Purchases processed by Apple.

Quotas and entitlements display in-app. We may update offerings with reasonable notice or suspend for safety/compliance.

• Apple presents taxes, currency and current price at purchase time.
• Renewal timing follows Apple ID subscription settings.
• Free trials and conversion rules follow the paywall copy and Apple policies.

When App Store communicates price changes Apple’s subscription rules apply—including advance notice where required.

Manage subscriptions at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS.

Cancel before renewal if you do not want to be charged per Apple rules.

For Apple-billed purchases, refunds and billing disputes follow Apple’s processes.

We do not process card refunds on Apple’s behalf but can help verify account issues.

Generated plans or suggestions may be incomplete or wrong.

Coaches must exercise professional judgment; clients must consult physicians when needed.

Sign-in with Apple, optional Google Sign-In and other modules may apply those vendors’ terms.

We may modify, limit or end the Service for legal, security or product reasons.

We may suspend accounts for abuse or risk.

We are not liable for delays or failures outside reasonable control (outages, acts of government, severe incidents) while we work to restore service.

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted; indirect damages may be limited.

Mandatory consumer protections in your country prevail when they cannot be waived.

You indemnify WellCell against claims arising from your breach or misuse of the Service.

We prefer informal resolution through support first.

Consumers benefit from non-waivable local protections. Where permitted, governing law and venue may be aligned with the legal entity’s jurisdiction—confirm with counsel.
